BFHUS GNM Admission 2019 – Institute of Nursing, University Regional Centre, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot (Punjab), invites applications for admissions in Govt. Nursing and Midwifery Schools for the academic year 2019-20 Check out the important dates, course duration and the procedure to fill the application form for the GNM BFHUS Admission mentioned below. Important Dates - Last Date for receipt of Admission Application Form: 20th August 2019 Counselling will be held on 31st August 2019 from 10.00 am onwards
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years on 31st December 2019. There is no age bar for ANM Minimum Education 10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of40% marks and up to metric, Punjabi is compulsory 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under PSEB/CBSE/ICSE or other equivalent Board with40% marks Candidate should be medically fit. Admission of students shall be once in a year. Candidate should be the resident of Punjab 3% disability reservation shall be considered with a disability of locomotor to the tune of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity

Application form can be obtained by hand from this institute or can be downloaded from website www.bfuhs.ac.in Photocopy of the form is also acceptable Complete application with attested copies of all requisite certificates and demand draft worth Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST Categories only) of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, at payable at Khadur Sahib drawn in favour of Principal, Institute of Nursing, University Regional Centre, Goindwal Sahib must reach in the office of the Principal, Institute of Nursing, University Regional Centre, Goindwal Sahib, Tarn-Taran (Punjab) till 20th August 2019 by 05:00 PM (By Hand or Through Registered Post) Application received after the due date & time for any reason will not be considered Counselling will be held on 31st August 2019 from 10.00 am onwards in the office of Principal, Institute of Nursing, University Regional Centre, Goindwal Sahib. No Separate call letters will be issued for the counselling
